First Visit

During your first visit, you can expect to feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Our friendly front desk team will help you check in and fill out our new patient forms, if you haven’t already completed them.

During your first appointment your Norridge dentist will perform a detailed oral exam, take any necessary X-rays, and consult with you regarding the status of your oral health. During your consultation with Dr. DiChristofano, he will discuss his recommendations on how to address any urgent needs and how to achieve and maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.

Cancellation Policy

Upon scheduling an appointment, we will reserve the doctor’s time exclusively for you. If you cannot attend an appointment, please be sure to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We accept all traditional insurance plans and will help to maximize your benefits. We will also be happy to file your claims for you. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. Be sure to contact our office if you have any questions regarding insurance or billing information.
